Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Social Media Manager to oversee and enhance our clients’ social presence. This role requires a balance of creativity and strategic thinking, ensuring that content serves a clear purpose and contributes to brand growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating scroll-stopping content, and fostering online communities. A strong understanding of analytics and emerging social trends is essential to optimise performance and drive meaningful engagement.
What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?
- Develop and execute effective social media strategies tailored to client goals.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos, etc.) across various platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram.
- Active community management of social media accounts.
- Plan and schedule content using social media management tools.
- Stay updated with trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimise content strategy and report insights to clients.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and copywriters to maintain brand consistency.
- Coordinate and execute influencer collaborations and partnerships.
Who you are
What we need from you
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or other editing software.
- Ability to analyse social media insights and translate data into actionable strategies.
- Experience with paid ads is a bonus.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts.
- A deep understanding of diverse cultural and faith-based marketing approaches is preferred.
- Self-motivated, creative thinker with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
