Islamic property finance in the UK felt stuck in the past: slow approvals, endless hoops, bland brands. Offa set out to prove Sharia-compliant finance could be quick, clear and modern – but first, it had to stand out in a sector that all looked and sounded the same.
Speed was Offa’s edge, so we made it their identity. An F1-inspired visual identity – bold yellows, stripped-back lines, built for performance – broke the monotony of corporate blues and greys.
We created a hero campaign built around “Jumping Through Hoops” – a single, unforgettable image that captured the frustration of old-school finance. This idea became the heart of our paid and organic push across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and email – showing customers the pain of the past and the relief of Offa’s faster, simpler way forward.

In just a few months, Offa grew from a little-known challenger to a recognised force in Islamic finance. Our campaigns generated 1,438 qualified leads and drove website traffic from zero to 20,000 visits a month at peak, evidencing the campaign’s effectiveness.
