Job Description
As an Email Marketing Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in planning and executing email campaigns that drive engagement, generate leads, and boost conversions for our clients. You’ll work closely with internal teams, leveraging your expertise with CRM platforms to optimise campaigns and ensure email marketing strategies are integrated effectively within broader campaigns.
What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?
- Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns for a variety of clients using platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Develop strategies for segmentation, automation, and personalisation to enhance performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with account managers, designers, and copywriters to ensure campaigns align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyse key metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, to measure success and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, templates, and send times to optimise campaign performance.
- Maintain best practices for list management, deliverability, and compliance with regulations such as GDPR and PECR.
- Support the integration of email marketing within broader client campaigns, contributing to multi-channel strategies where required.
Who you are
What we need from you
- 2-3 years of experience in email marketing, preferably within an agency or multi-client environment.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, including Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to optimise campaigns.
- A solid understanding of email marketing’s role within integrated marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of email marketing best practices, trends, and compliance requirements.
Bonus points for
- Experience collaborating with creative teams (design and copywriting).
- Basic understanding of HTML for troubleshooting email templates.
- Familiarity with broader marketing tools such as Google Analytics or social media platforms is a bonus.
