- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram.
- Active community management of social media accounts.
- Plan and schedule content using social media management tools.
- Stay updated with trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimise content strategy and report insights to clients.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and copywriters to maintain brand consistency.
- Coordinate and execute influencer collaborations and partnerships.
- Assist in the delivery of wider campaigns across email, paid media, content, and digital.
- Help develop creative briefs for internal and external partners.
- Contribute to campaign planning sessions with ideas and research.
- Draft and edit marketing copy for blogs, newsletters, and campaign assets.
- Support with event promotion and coordination as needed.
- Attend client meetings, prepare updates, and contribute to reporting and planning.

- Excellent written skills with a keen eye for tone, detail, and audience engagement.
- Confident communicator – comfortable liaising with clients and internal teams.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and always looking for new ideas or better ways of doing things.
