Job Description
You’ll be at the heart of delivering smart, efficient, and user-focused digital products — both for our internal needs and our growing roster of clients.
This is a hands-on delivery role with a strong emphasis on making sure builds run smoothly, meet high standards, and launch on time. You’ll be working closely with designers, developers, and product leads to keep projects moving — and ensure we ship work that looks great, works brilliantly, and solves the right problems.
You’ll help build out processes, manage timelines and budgets, keep things on scope, and make sure our tech output consistently hits the mark. If you’re detail-oriented, thrive on getting things done, and love turning plans into products — this one’s for you.
What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?
-
Lead the delivery of digital products from kickoff to launch, ensuring clear milestones, accountability, and quality.
-
Work across internal and client-facing projects, managing teams, timelines, budgets, and scope.
-
Set up and improve delivery processes that help projects run smoothly and efficiently.
-
Track build progress, flag risks early, and keep all stakeholders in the loop.
-
Ensure product builds are scalable, stable, user-friendly, and aligned with UX best practices.
-
Collaborate with designers, developers, and product leads to bring ideas to life in a structured and timely way.
-
Support with the rollout of new features or platforms, ensuring high-functioning handover and follow-through.
-
Contribute to retrospectives and improve delivery processes across the team.
- Optional – Run quality checks, review basic code structure, and support teams in testing and validation.
Nice to Haves
-
Hands-on engineering experience — especially with Laravel and PHP — is a big plus and will be considered highly.
-
A solid understanding of how dev teams work day-to-day, and what helps them ship great code.
-
Comfort jumping into technical conversations or QA sessions when needed.
-
Experience working in or alongside design, product, or creative teams.
Who you are
What we need from you
-
4+ years’ experience in a project or delivery management role, ideally within a product, digital, or agency setting.
- Experience managing multiple projects at any time
-
Solid understanding of the product lifecycle and what it takes to deliver great digital experiences.
-
Confident working with both technical and creative teams — and keeping them aligned.
-
Comfortable reviewing delivery progress, testing outputs, and helping teams stay on track.
-
Strong attention to detail and highly organised — able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
-
Clear communicator who can give updates, flag issues, and keep things moving without fuss.
-
Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and always ready to unblock, rework, or course-correct when needed.
